how

  1. Whisk heavy cream in a chilled bowl and set aside
  2. Warm the serving cups with hot water
  3. Add whiskey, sugar, and coffee to cups
  4. Pour whipped cream over the back of the teaspoon - this makes the cream float on top of the coffee
