Prepare a pat-in-pan pie crust in advance.

Heat oven to 375°F / 190°C

Beat ingredients together until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40-50 minutes or until filling is set and puffed slightly in the center. Bake longer if the filling wiggles!
